Great and very helpful owner. Quiet and convenient location for car to drive arround the island. There was a safe covered parking spot. The view was stunning. The whole apartment was one of the best ones I have ever visited. Thank you, Werner for everything!

Werner is an amazing host - extremely helpful and gave us plenty of useful information, tips&tricks. The accommodation was comfortable, had everything we needed and more. Not to mention the always available underground parking and the view. Staying here made our vacation much more comfortable.

Small things like ants in the kitchen and smell from the sinks. However, I believe that it is not something that can be easily fixed by the host

The view of the apartment is so perfect, we enjoyed it so much. The apartment is big, and well-equipped, you can find every devices like as home. We have never seen in any apartments such a good kitchen with all special tools, pots and glasses like here, but fact there is no microwawe. Werner is a great host, he picked us up at the airport, and showed us the closest big supermarket in Canico center. Thank you for the hospitality and the presents. :)

If you choose this accommondation and don't want to climb up and down on hills (steep streets), you need a rented car for the entire holiday.

Perfect location with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby basically all what you need is around you. Great views in a hands reach. We just love the host of the apartment, he is full of surprises.

Water from the tap tasted a little bit strange but that was solved with couple of big bottles of water from the shop nearby.

The apartment is located in an apartment complex in a quiet area of Canico. Beautiful view, spacious apartment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Nearby is the local supermarket Continente Modelo and restaurants. The Cristo Rei (Jesus Statue) can be reached on foot. Parking is available in the garage in a reserved space or around the apartment. The accommodation met my expectations and I look forward to my next visit!

- The location is really good - Good parking - The apartment was well equipped, nice living room, clean spaces - The view was especially good - The host waited us with some snacks and wine which was a nice gesture

- Before arriving there was a miscommunication about the time of the check-in and Mr. Werner called and talked to us in a really unpleasant manner, which could have been dealt more kind and professional way. - At the apartment he told us that everything we use should be bought back such as toilet paper - We found this really weird. Either way we just bought some toilet paper as it's not big of a deal. - There was a caution of 100E, this can be found under Important information, in the last section. This could have been stated more clearly in the description. Before we left he checked everything in the apartment (even checked if we used the detergent) - Asking us what we didn't like at the property we mentioned the signal of WiFi, which was known by him. - All our contact with him in the beginning made us feel distressed and unwelcomed during our stay
