Location, facilities. Price.

The beds were clean in rooms, but when I puled out the loveseat , I saw the sheets and the mattress were extrimly dirty and we could not use them.

Nice property if you don't go in summer

there is no AC when we arrived it was too hot to stay we opened the 3 windows and patio door. 3 small fans were available. 2nd bathroom upstairs is not private open to bedroom you could here people in the washroom sitting in the living room Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes
