Mykonos Carmelo

Pool was great, everywhere was clean. Breakfast good. Owner accomodating and helpful.

We loved the peaceful space, the breakfast offered and nice big pool and garden. It is also well located – just a few minutes for the beach and beach bars, about 15 mins walk into the centre of town. Most of all, Gustavo was a very friendly, kind and excellent host who made us feel right at home.

The rooms were a good size, they could just do with a bit of an update, for instance the sofa cushions and bedding. The bathroom also needs some attention.

An excellent accommodation facility, both its location and the owner of this small hotel with a homely atmosphere.

Our host was amazing and always helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, a little rustic, furnished in a retro/antique decor. It was clean and comfortable, had a small kitchen, and was air-conditioned. The temperature was in the mid-30s, and the pool was nice to have. Breakfast was very good. We used the provided bikes to enjoy a day at local wineries.

The bathroom was a tad small.

We stayed in the deluxe family suit, which was indeed deluxe! The surrounding pool and gardens are beautiful, and the beach and town are a short walk away. Gustavo, the host, was exceptional. He was organised, accommodating, and very friendly. He went above and beyond and drove us to a bodega (which was fabulous), and showed us the town and surrounding area on the way. Our stay at Mykonos was a highlight of our trip to Uruguay and we would certainly stay here if/when we're back. ¡Muchas gracias Gustavo!

Great host, Gustavo dropped me at the bus stop after my stay. Beautiful garden, really nice room and a great shower. They had bikes for riding to the bodegas, which was the perfect way to get around.
