El apartamento estaba bien ubicado, tiene un Lidl en la acera de enfrente y está en un edificio muy tranquilo y es en un bajo. Tiene sitio para aparcar el coche fuera. Está decorado con buen gusto.

La casa es húmeda, el A/A + Calef portátil con tubo de extracción perdía agua y la extracción no la tienen adaptada a la ventana.
