Apartament near the beach! Cascais!

Все было хорошо. Вышел один таракан на встречу нас, но больше не видели Ну и окна были все во двор окна в окна, очень некомфортно, жалюзи не поднимали. Слышимость очень хорошая. А так квартира чистая все ок.

Location was great. Welcome was very good. Very clean and everything we needed. Good communication with owner.

The apartment was very spacious and very well equipped. It was very clean and everything was in order. The location was excellent, right in the town centre you could hear little or no noise.

There was nothing I didn't like about this appartment.

La cafetera estaba rota. Lo comentamos el primer día y no hubo solución. Tuvimos que comprar todos los días café fuera No hay almohadas cómidas .son cojines y el ascensor del edificio no funciona bien.

Me gustó todo. La cercanía a la playa y a todo lo necesario para hacer cómoda la estancia, la amplitud del apartamento, la comodidad de la camas... Además en las fotos no se ven persianas exteriores, pero sí las tiene así que te aíslas perfectamente del calor en caso de que las temperaturas sean elevadas, aunque con el aire acondicionado se està la mar de bien. Todo genial.

I really liked the location and amenities. However, the description saying full bed and it being two twins threw me off a little. That being said, highly recommend this place and the owner is amazing. Location is perfect and they provide tons of activity recommendations. Would stay again!

I booked this apartment for a relaxing family holiday, but we ended up checking out after just one night due to several persistent issues that unfortunately detracted from the experience. Upon arrival, we were met with a noticeable odor of dampness and mold throughout the space. This wasn't just an inconvenience; it affected my daughter's allergies to the point where she couldn't sleep. Such a strong, embedded smell is usually the result of long-term moisture issues that should have been addressed before listing the apartment as guest-ready. The air conditioning in the bedroom was also problematic. The unit was already on when we entered, but the temperature couldn’t be adjusted, and it produced a loud rattling noise that made it impossible to leave on. In the end, I had to unplug it just to stop the noise, leaving the room stuffy. Opening the window was hardly a solution as the scent of nearby cooking flooded in, leaving us to choose between stale air and strong food smells. Additionally, each time we used the shower, water pooled on the bathroom floor due to a leak—another issue that isn’t likely to arise overnight. Simple, basic maintenance would have easily prevented these disruptions to our stay. While the apartment was clean, these maintenance issues turned our experience into one of discomfort rather than relaxation. I hope the host addresses these issues for the sake of future guests, as these are problems that require real solutions, not quick fixes. Until then, I would suggest guests consider other options in the area. The host never came back to us after listing our concerns after we were forced to check out.
