El apartamento está bastante bien. La verdad que hay comentarios que se pasan o piensan que van a un hotel 5 estrellas. Lo que te encuentras es lo que ves en las fotos. Está bastante bien para lo que lo vas a usar, es decir, para pasar unos días en la playa, dormir, comer y conocer la ciudad. La ubicación es fantástica y el sistema de entrada y salida también porque va con una cajetilla con un código. Además en una ocasión saltaron los plomos y era cerca de las 12 de la noche y un trabajador de la empresa nos ayudó por teléfono asique bastante bien.

Que la cocina era de estas de gas y no había ningún encendedor largo para no quemarte. El sofá cama (que es la cama principal por así decirlo) era un poco dura y es verdad que bueno no se descansa del tooodo bien pero había otra cama preparada que no quisimos usar, quizás esa era más cómoda. De todas formas, lo que he dicho anteriormente, por el precio y la ubicación y que vas a lo que vas no nos vamos a poner taaan exquisitos con el tema de dormir y otros aspectos.

The only positive thing was the location — it’s close to the beach. But trust me, that’s nowhere near enough to make up for the stress, rudeness, and discomfort we endured.

Absolutely not recommended! The worst experience imaginable. Even before check-in, we were met with outright rudeness and disrespect. Every response was dry, irritated, and made us feel as if we were bothering them just by asking basic questions. At 3:00 PM, right at check-in time, I called to ask how to access the apartment. To my surprise, I was told in an accusatory tone that I hadn’t sent a message. I replied that I had already filled out and submitted the form, just as instructed. The response? A rude and loud “But you didn’t send a MESSAGE!!!” From that moment on, it turned into a real show — the person on the phone spoke to me in a raised voice, extremely disrespectfully, and basically scolded me for not following some unwritten rule. I explained that the message I received only said, «Please make sure to complete the form so we can provide the access details:» There was no mention of sending an additional confirmation message afterward. In return, I received a five-minute lecture in a patronizing, condescending tone. Even now, remembering that conversation makes me feel absolutely disgusted and deeply disappointed that a guest can be treated that way. About the apartment: • The furniture reeks of old age, making you feel like you’re staying in a dusty antique shop, not a vacation rental. • The bed was extremely soft and saggy, leaving us with back pain after one night. Anyone with the slightest back issue — do not stay here! • Power outlets were only in the kitchen — you couldn’t even charge your phone near the bed. • The doors were swollen from humidity and wouldn’t close properly. • The entire apartment had a musty, unpleasant smell that made it hard to breathe, let alone relax. We didn’t even use the wardrobe or dresser — we were afraid our clothes would absorb the smell.

Room was dusty, Main door and Bathroom door were faulty. The furniture is worn out and the decor is out of taste.

Location

Dirty. Cockroaches. Not working tv box (power adapter broken). Not working internet (power adapter broken. But I managed to repair it). Remotes batteries empty. The ones left in flat wrong. Bathtub and bathroom sink clogged and I had to buy soda to fix it (partly). Many broken small and bigger things. Mold on several places. Power socket broken.
