"Location was great but the property did not live up the the standard of other properties that we have stayed in."

Location was brilliant.

Property was a bit tired, broken edge to bed, fan not working in bathroom, stain on sofa and there was a terrible smell throughout our stay.

Everything was very nice, the position, the house, the rooms, the kitchen... We had an excellent stay with our kids aged 2 and 5! It is very close to the beach!

Attractive cottage so close to the sea and town.

There was a slight damp smell and also not enough mugs only 4 and we were 5. Also not enough normal knives for eating. We only cooked breakfast so cannot comment on other kitchen equipment

"Superb"

Great location just up the hill from the main town square and beach, but very quiet. Walking distance to everywhere including town, multiple beaches, the marina and sunset cliffs. We slept 4 adults and 2 children comfortably, having 2.5 bathrooms is an extra plus.

Some minor issues during check-in because I didn't have a picture of my parents passport before arrival, because we were traveling separately and meeting at the house. The host company was having issues releasing the check-in code but we contacted them directly and they came to do check-in in person.

"Spacious and great location but serious mould concerns"

The host allowed us to bring our bags early and met us in person to do so. The location was perfect for the beach and for other parts of the centre such as the Paula Rego Museum.

The house had a serious mould problem, especially on the ground floor, but also in the main bathroom. Was tricky to feel secure leaving windows open as they open-end up right on to a main public path. Mornings saw the kitchen full of ants in our food.

"Cute house in stunning Cascais old town."

Beautiful little house in a perfect location. Metres from the beach and walking distance to all the amenities in the town, including the railway station. Having air conditioning is great and the beds are really comfortable and there is plenty of storage space.

Excellent location; clean, good kitchen, lots of hot water.

We were looking for a place with free parking, and as far as I recall, free parking was included in the description; even though the parking was not free; it was a ten minute walk away.
