Bright Valadim Apartment

Location was perfect, yards from beach, restaurants and a small well stocked supermarket. Apt was bright and airy. We could see the sea from the balcony window if we leaned out.

The shower tray needed a good clean with anti mould treatment. The door handle on the bathroom door did not work properly. There was some paint peeling from the back of the bathroom door.

Good location size & cleanliness.

Dreadfully poor communications. Phone not often answered. The handover was 30 mins+ late, he left Lisboa 14.50 for a 15.00 appointment in Cascais! Then blamed 'the traffic'. And when he finally got there (we were left standing outside for 45 mins.) he could not get away quickly enough. A very bad representative - does he work for another company at the same time?

The location was perfect. In the middle of everything, very close to the beach.

For what we needed, there was nothing not to like.

Location was great. Apartment was very cute, modern and comfortable.

Bed pad was dirty. Hips promised to change it but failed to do so.

Great location. Had windows at both sides so you could get the sun all day. Great view of the city. Overall very comfortable.

Stain on one of the rugs, maybe a drink spilled.

Top location, heart of the city. Hassle free check in. Comfortable balcony to work at.

The apartments needs renovation. Bed sheets were dirty (and some hairs also), asked to change, were changed only next day. Ice cold floors, don't forget your slippers (or buy some cheap ones in Auchan)
