Luxury Apartment near Cascais Town & Marina

Property was in a very quite but central location , Property itself along with pool and surrounding gardens , were lovely and clean

Large well equipped apartment With 2 small balcony’s and 1 large balcony , the kitchen was very modern , well equipped as are both bathrooms

Apartment had all that we needed and pool was great.

Very spacious in a good location for the town and other facilities like the supermarket and restaurants as well could easily walk to all of those, it also had nice gardens and pool

Clean and well equipped kitchen and lounge. Gardens and pool very nice.

Poor sleep quality. Noisy car park doors below and no curtains in one bedroom. Patios dirty and furniture tatty or broken. Advertised on-site restaurant, bar, mini-mart and concierge do not exist. En-suite toilet out of order, broken seat on other toilet. Not even a toilet roll holder in the room with the broken seat so paper had to be put on the wash basin and was always wet. No water one morning.

Gated community with security guard at entrance. Felt very safe & everyone on the property was very friendly.

The apartment is part of a really stylish development in a gated area, with beautiful gardens and a decent sized swimming pool, close to the sea. The apartment itself is spacious with high quality fittings and fixtures, including a great kitchen diner lounge, with extra-long sofa. The terrace, although on the ground floor is pleasant and attracts the morning sun.
