Quitschende Betten sind leider ein ganz großer Minuspunkt.

La proximité du supermarché (200m), de la gare et de la plage (20 minutes à pied). Le balcon.

Los accesos, ya que las zonas comunes están descuidadas; la falta de privacidad de la habitación, sin puerta y que entra mucho el sol en cuanto amanece

Location was good but long walk to the beach, busses are not regular as you can wait for over 40 minutes for it. A supermarket in 3 minutes walking distance, uber is very cheap in portugal.

I have stayed in this accommodation from 30th July till 18 of August 2024. The host did not accommodate me with bed clothes for every week as I had to text her to provide some bedding and she only did for the first week and I couldn't be bothered to keep asking her for bed change because on my text to her I stated that I would like my bed clothes to be charged every week, therefore I was expecting to have a clean bed cloths delivered to me. I stayed with the same bed sheets for over 10 days. Balcony is a bit scary as the rails are a bit low.The bedroom is not a bedroom is jus a place where they dump a bed on, it consists of half of a wall and no door and a tiny window that you can't access it because is too high. Never once the host texted me to ask if I needed anything. Aircon is only in the kitchen/living room and not on the bedroom. Noise from a upstairs neighbour's dog. In my opinion this place is overrated not value for money, there is no barbecue as is listed on the property. I did not have hot water in the evening, we had to shower with cold water after we came from the beach for our last 3 days stay. Not booking this apartment again.
