Brak klimatyzacji, w pokoju 25 stopni, na zewnątrz 28, a właścicielka twierdzi ze jest zbyt zimno aby udostępnić pilot do klimatyzacji. Wifi niby jest, ale nie ma, ciągłe przerwy. Mrówki na balkonie. Brak możliwości otwarcia okna w łazience na piętrze. Balkon nie do użytku ze względu na rozłożone rusztowanie. Brudny stół i krzesła na balkonie. Brudne szklanki. Brak tostera. Brak pralki. Brak suszarki bębnowej. Brak tarasu, jest balkon z rozłożonym rusztowaniem. Brak suszarki na obrania. Brak klimatyzacji obsługiwanej indywidualnie dla każdego pokoju. Balcony and kitchen

Internet did not work- constantly cut off and reconnected- this does not match the property description

Everything was perfect, the apartment is spacious, clean, the bed and couch very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The building has a safe parking lot which was very important for us. The big terrace has a beautiful, unique view of a football practice stadium just in front and Monte Cassino a bit more far away. We would definitely come back and warmly recommend it.

The location was just the job. We weren't in town, more just on the outskirts, but it was a good point to go places from and the views were quite good. The accommodation was very well appointed and was a veritable home from home for our stay with virtually everything that you need. Just across the main road is a small shopping centre with a supermarket that sold all the things you might need. Being on the third floor of the building the fact that there is a left right next to the door was a real boon for accessing. Parking was easy enough outside the building or in the very near area. The balcony was nice to have and was a welcome added space to enjoy. Be advised that there is a second "Sweet home Cassino" in the same block but is a bit more in the middle of the building complex

Nothing really bad but just be advised that there are some fairly steep stairs to access the main bedroom and that the ceiling over the bed is sloped and quite low by the time you reach the bed. Not good for tall people and looking at the ceiling one or two had made contact with it! Internet was a bit flakey and needed some work to get it to be settled and working. Couldn't work out the bin situation for a multiple day stay and the location of those that should/had to go out, so we couldn't complete that aspect of the stay that was listed as part of the "rules".

Excellent facility’s in the flat , lift to your flat , extremely clean .

Very nice apartment and everything super clean. Great kitchen inventory and nice furniture. But......

.....a bit impractical. I cannot see anybody dragging their suitcase up that steep stair to the bedroom. Upper shower could not be used due to misadjustment of shower head. Nice coffee machine and plenty of sugar, but no creamer. A bit confusing description to find the place. Slow response time to questions.

Very amenable, easily contactable host. 15 min walk from centre of Cassino. Large balcony. Two bathrooms, one up, one down. Supermarket across road in small shopping centre.

Only two things: the wardrobe is very short...ok for shirts, but too short to hang dresses, there was a dip in the mattress on one side of the bed, which meant lying away from the edge, but the bed was big enough to do that...a very spacious bed.

The apartment had been thought of and had everything you needed. It was spacious and beautiful. The location is great, there is free parking, there are shops nearby and beautiful mountains all around. Great apartment, highly recommended!

Lovely place to stay great location, great facilities. Hard act to follow.
