The owner picked us up at the airport, and gave us a warm welcome. The appartment is centrally located. Quiet and comfortable. The parking facility was very useful.

Everything! A fantastic apartment in a perfect location. A view into the theatre… a central courtyard with parking… a central location with all the main attractions easily walkable. Clean, comfortable… and Gaetano was the perfect host.

Absolutely nothing

Gaetano war ein toller und sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns einen tieferen Einblick in diese ganz historische und dadurch wirklich einzigartige Unterkunft ermöglicht hat. Zudem war er immer erreichbar und hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps und Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben! Das Appartement ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet, das Doppelbett empfanden wir als äußerst bequem. Es stimmt, dass die Dusche etwas klein ist, aber für uns hat es trotzdem gut gepasst. Die ganze Unterkunft war super sauber und es hat einem an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist zudem einfach nur perfekt und super zentral, so dass man sternförmig alle wichtigen Highlights in Catania unkompliziert zu Fuß erkunden kann. Besonders praktisch war der kostenfreie und sichere Parkplatz, der nicht weit von der Unterkunft entfernt liegt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen :)

The best rental we have stayed in: well located, well equipped, and comfortable. The apartment was simply but stylishly outfitted without decorative clutter so plenty of space for us. Gaetano was a great host with good eating recommendations etc.

The stairs at the end of the day? Really nothing!

Exceptional accommodation in the heart of Catania’s historic Old Town, just minutes from the Cathedral and surrounded by cultural landmarks like the Museo Vincenzo Bellini and the old theatre. The apartment is beautifully maintained, featuring a spacious bedroom with a large, comfortable bed, a tidy bathroom, and a bright open-plan kitchen and dining area. Unique bonus: a corridor view of the theatre—perfect for enjoying performances from your window. The location offers easy access to excellent restaurants, public transport, and key attractions. Our host was truly outstanding—friendly, helpful, and incredibly thoughtful, even providing power adapters and a rich selection of English-language books and guides.

Seriously in the heart of Catania. Everything was walking distance. This was just an apartment but food everywhere around it. Gaetano the host was very informative and gave us lots of ideas and tips for food and activities. The room was right next to the Ampitheatre so we were able to view it from the landing window. Not from the room.

Host Gaetano was easy to communicate with before arriving and arranged to meet us after a late arriving flight to Catania. Apartment has large outside balcony overlooking the ancient Roman Theatre. Apartment is very beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable with full kitchen and a washing machine for clothes. Location is excellent, within walking distance of several tourist attractions and with many good restaurants nearby, but at the same time apartment itself is quiet and peaceful. Parking was conveniently located a few blocks away.

Nothing negative, everything was great.
