The apartment was clean and spacious, the kitchen well equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The Host was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast at Prestipino in the center was a pleasant surprise and a good day starter.

Nothing comes to mind

Everything was as expected and needed. The place has its character and it is great. Big plus for an effective heating option needed during cold days. Ideal communication with the host. Very convenient location - central but quiet. Breakfast at Prestipino Duomo is an extra added value.

Some people may be surprised by the condition of ceillings. I am perfectly fine with it as I fully understand the situation and it definitely has no negative impact on the overall satisfaction.

The apartment was amazing, everything you needed was there. It is 2-3 mins walk from piazza duomo and close to every bus station. Fransesco is there every time you need him with suggestions and has a table for you every morning with breakfast. I recommend it!!

Basically everything. The location was perfect, central for all the sights, but also for the fish market (party) at night. The apartment was large, very comfortable, as was the bed. The breakfast place was another story, it elevated the experience. It was a busy bar at the very central square and you could choose anything from the menu. There were sweet and salty options, and traditional Sicilian pastries and foods. Francesco himself was working there and made sure our needs were met. He even went a little further and provided breakfast for the very first morning we arrived before checkin. Very attentive guy! I am truly glad I chose this place and would definitely recommend.

The paint from the ceiling was peeling off, but it’s just an observation and it didn’t affect our stay in any way. The apartment was still perfect despite that.

Francesco was great all the time, very helpful and breakfast at the cafe every day was abundant and very good. The apartment is bigger than it looks in pictures. It had everything, we cooked and felt at home all the time!

The apartment, neighbourhood, breakfast

The apartment is in a great location and very well decorated and maintained. It was quite comfortable for two friends staying for a long weekend in Catania. The AC is great after coming back from a hot day of sight seeing! The daily breakfast at the bar nearby was amazing and allowed us to try many Sicilian specialties and drink coffee with the locals!

The shower is a bit small, but it’s really not a problem. If the unit had a washing machine that would have been a plus. The WIFi was a little slow at times, but was easy to refresh by restating it!

The host is super good, very kind, helpful and available to assist us with everything. On the last day he gave us some sweets in order to take them with us. The property is in the heart of the city centre, close to everything.

It’s a bit dark, but other than that everything is amazing!
