Case Serena vacanze relax

We needed an overnight stay before the early morning flight home and this place fully met our expectations. There was enough space in the apartment for the four of us. We found the beds quite comfortable and the facilities sufficient. A very big advantage for us was the location of the apartment. It is located a short distance from the central square of the city and Via Etnea, so we could take a really nice evening walk around Catania just at the very end of our holiday in Sicily. The hosts were very nice, they helped us with parking right next to the apartment.

It is worth to know that the apartment is located on two levels and the lower part (with kitchen, bathroom and the small bedroom with a bunk bed) receives rather little daylight. The dining area is rather small. Renovation of the bathroom would increase the attractiveness of the apartment.

The host is very nice person,The location is close to supermarket, to the historical center,The house is clean,whit everything you need în bathroom ,kitchen,bedroom,I recomand it for family ,it is a great choice to stay în Catania.Thank you Fillipo!!!

The interior of the apartment was nice. It's situated close to Catania's center (about 15 min walk).

The bedroom downstairs had no air conditioning (only a small fan), which is absolutely necessary during the summer in Catania. Also, we didn't have hot water for a few days. The owners only spoke in Italian, which made the communication really difficult. Due to this fact, there was a misunderstanding about the check out time and they were pretty rude about it. Other than that, the apartment was decent for its price.
