We left behind hair clippers that the cleaner found, and Marco had agreed to send to us - we had said we would pay for postage and provided an address. We were then ghosted by Marco - he did not respond to my messages and he never sent the item back to us. Very disappointing given he had initially said he would post them to us and then confirmed he would get them from the apartment and send them
