The apartment is cozy and spotlessly clean, with good facilities. The location is very convenient as it is close to the bus stop from the airport as well as good bars, restaurants, and the historical center of Catania. Despite its central position, the apartment is also very quiet. The host is super friendly and kind, I would definitely go back to this apartment

Beds were comfortable! Given we just traveled to 8 different locations across Italy and this was the final stop, got to say these were the most comfortable beds in Italy. Nicely stocked with spices, soaps, and other basic necessities. All amenities functioned as expected, which was a plus! The apartments were very clean.

Check in process was a huge frustration. Upon arrival, we found we were not given an actual address, thankfully a worker on the street knew where our unit was and let us into the building. Also, the posted check in time is really late, 17:30, but when we arrived at 17:30 the cleaner needed an extra hour, making the time to access the apartment past 18:30. When we tried to get clarification from the host, we did not get a response. Once we finally were allowed to check in, there was an hour of explanation and extra paper work for taxes (you'll need to pay even more to the city above the price on booking.com). Finally, We feel there was some false advertising in the booking.com listing. The listing includes pictures of a terrace, thus our expectation was to have access to this common area of the complex. However upon arrival, we were denied access because we didn't book the specific apartment that had access to the terrace in the sub menu (we booked the other 2).

Host was there to welcome us, and explain everything. It was safe, calm, cosy, clean.

Everything was great

We liked the location of the place as it is close to a ALI bus taking you to the airport, central bus station to Taormina and Syracuse. It is a quiet street near a square and a food store. The flat has a little garden which is perfect for warmer days. The host was very kind and met us even when the flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight.

As we travelled in February, some days were cooler and rainy - there was not a lot of place to dry all of our wet clothes and shoes.

The location was really nice, the bed was comfortable and big, and the kitchen nicely equipped

Everything was great. Really comfy and clean apartment with all things needed for stay.

Wonderful little flat, very comfortable! Perfectly clean, with kitchen corner, TV, super comfortable big bed, and even own terrace. I loved the fact that it faces the inner yard, so you don't hear the city at all, only neighbours sometimes, when they enter the door. :) The owner is incredibly nice and helpful. I loved all her advices. Position absolutely great, you have 3 supermarkets super close, bars, restaurants, bus stop to the city/ to Aci Castello 100 meters from the flat, bus station and trains station 5 minutes walk away, and Old Town 20 minutes walk away. Can't be better! Will return for sure!

It is not a complain at all, but if you have a small child or you are older/ with mobility problems, you should know there are stairs inside (leading to the bedroom) that may be not super comfortable and safe. For us were perfectly OK.
