Palma House

Everything was perfect during our stay! The host was very kind and helpful. He left for us some buns, cookies, water and juices. He also picked up us by his car from the Catania centre because of rainy day. We could've stayed longer because of the time of our plane. Thanks for that! The house was very spacious and cozy. Having two bathrooms was very comfortable for two of us. Kris & Alexandra

Our stay was very comfortable, the location was convenient, Roberto was very helpful and kind. We could've stayed a few hours longer because of the time of our plane and we are very thankful!!! Thanks for the buns and very good coffee. Olive oil was very much needed and we found it in the kitchen as well. The whole obcjet was very spacious and easy to cool down. The air conditioner was just perfect. The bed was perfecto. Two bathrooms were luxury! Thank you for everything, our stay have never been this good!

Very large and spacious apartment, two bathrooms, two bedrooms. Well equipped, well located apartment.

A very clean and well decorated apartment with good facilities. The beds were comfortable and the 2 bathrooms were useful to have plus had plenty of towels. The friendly host responded immediately to any questions we had and left us tea, coffee, juice and water which was a nice start. He also arranged a transfer to the airport for us which was excellent. Tourist information and a map we appreciated too. Near the apartment was a supermarket and 300 metres away a great bakery. The walk into the centre was about 15 minutes. We enjoyed our stay.

The city is noisy and we were woken very early by the refuse collectors and traffic noise (beeping horns) I think all accommodation in Catania has this problem.

The location is very good as it is very close to the centre, but the street is very quiet. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were food and drinks when we came. Also, there were 2 bathrooms assigned to each bedroom, which was very good.

It was roomy and the perfect location to walk to most of the attractions. We felt safe in the area at night and had so much choice of eating areas and bars very close by. A 10 minute walk to Piazza Duomo and shops. Our host, Alberto couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful.

The noise from the street

-The host was punctual and friendly. -The location is perfect - close to all in city center by short walk. -The house is very clean !!! and have all you can need for your comfortable stay: coffee, tea, all equipment in kitchen, even umbrella (in case might need it as unexpected rain). -WIFI is good. Gracie Alberto for organizing house stay nice :-) Definitely will come again if travel back to Catania !

All was perfect I only add here 2 points bellow just in case if think on where to stay in center or not in center ( which can be consider as negative ) - If come with car probably will not be easy to park in that area of city, so need to check this additionally. We were without car so it was OK for us. - Noise from passing cars on the street, even is not a big or main street , was difficult for me to sleep, but I could assume is the usual situation if you book any place in center.
