Santa Barbara Apartment

Most chances you'd be happy with this place. It has a great location, and the host is friendly and communicative. Very neat design. However, we couldn't stay there due to the mold and humidity in the house. There's just 1 small window (+1 in the shower) and it doesn't ventilate enough.

I liked everything, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the only thing is that there are no windows, only in the door, but that was not a problem, because there was air conditioning. The owner was caring, very helpful all the time.

This is an exceptional apartment, really well equipped and furnished. It felt like a home in Catania for a few days. The location is excellent and for the price it far exceeded our expectations, we were delighted with it. Salvo the host is extremely helpful and kind. I absolutely recommend this apartment.

We were only passing through on our way to the airport so didn’t use the apartment very much. It’s a bit of a walk from the bus/train station but we only had carry on’s so not a problem. Looked well equipped and clean.

Great location, eating places nearby.

To access the apartment the key is in a key safe. It would have been nice to know this when booking. I could easily have missed the email with the code and there was no answer on the supplied phone number, only an announcement in Italian giving a different number, tricky with no pen to hand and only very basic Italian. It worked for me but the second bed is a folding bed in the lounge area

Extremely clean apartment

Very noisy very early in the morning (apartment on the first floor) and street noise and construction work started very early in the morning. Apartment does not have windows.
