Il Piccolo Cortile

Ho trascorso un soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! L’appartamento è meraviglioso, accogliente e curato in ogni dettaglio, situato in una posizione ideale proprio nel cuore della città. Tutto è andato alla perfezione, e non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio. Ivan è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile: ha sempre risposto prontamente a qualsiasi richiesta e ha risolto ogni piccolo problema con grande cortesia. La sua ospitalità ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questa casetta a chiunque voglia vivere un soggiorno confortevole e senza pensieri. Sicuramente tornerò: è stato davvero un piacere

Il bagno è molto piccolo. Inoltre, avevamo a disposizione un letto matrimoniale delle giuste dimensioni ma il letto singolo per mia figlia era un materasso poggiato a terra

La lavatrice non funziona. La casa e piena di TOPI mia moglie la notte non dormiva per i rumori dei topi che scorrazzavano per la casa

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra aczkolwiek trzeba wejść troszkę pod górkę, wszędzie praktycznie blisko, główny plac i centrum miasta wszędzie bliziutko, do plaży jakies 3km ale idzie dojechać autobusem linią D. Apartament z duszą może nie jest nowoczesny ale ma wszystko czego potrzeba, czajnik, toster, piekarnik, kuchenka, duża lodówka. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry, szybko odpisywał

Minusem była wiąska kabina prysznicowa, trochę klaustrofobiczna, nie podobało mi się również podejście brata właściciela któremu zdawaliśmy mieszkanie był niezbyt miły ( żonę potraktował jak powietrze) , a na koniec jego tekst ze dobrze by było gdybyśmy napisali opinie ale jak mamy coś złego pisać i kłamać to lepiej żebyśmy wogóle nic nie pisali....pozostawię bez komentarza

The location was good, although you had to climb a little hill to get there so if you had difficulties with that be careful. When all the problems happened, the host at least answered our phone, although sometimes didn’t provide a solution. It was relatively clean. The AC worked fine.

There is a need to have a book of instructions for guests. For instance, we thought there was no gas but actually the owner forgot to tell us we had to manually open the tank. The TV is not smart, you can only watch italian channels. The lasts guests supposedly broke the washing machine, although I have seen other reviews saying it didn’t work either, so I don’t know if that was entirely true. The day we got there he said he would be getting a new one by the next day, but when we asked him the next day, he said it wouldn’t be for a couple more days (after our stay basically). There is a construction, literally on the flat next door, so if you are in the flat between 8:30 and 18:30 you will have a headache from all that noise, it’s unbearable. One of the bathroom lights didn’t work, so they had to come to fix that and the wifi and woke us up at 9:00 (he let us know beforehand, but it was still a little early for vacations). Talking about wifi, that was the worst part. He sent us the instructions for how to check in the flat, and included the wifi password. But when we got in the flat, we saw that there was no wifi, the modem showed no lights and we couldn’t find the wifi on our phones. When we called him regarding that, he said “oh yeah forgot to say it, it’s broken. I’ll call the company to check it tomorrow”. So he knew it was broken and didn’t tell us. The “company workers” came the next day and apparently couldn’t fix it, so we had no wifi on our whole stay. What’s worse, there is no data signal/5G inside the flat, so to receive or send a message you have to go outside. And that meant that we had to spend a lot of money on data because we had to use it for 3 days straight. When we contacted the host about this, and claiming the right to a refund, he basically said that since the flat is so cheap, we shouldn’t be complaining. Therefore, just know that he thinks it’s so cheap that he doesn’t have to provide the services he claims he offers.
