Bedda Catania Apartment

The facilities were older but clean and adequate. The kitchen had everything we needed. The roof terrace was the best. It is true that access was via a narrow and steep staircase. The host was always helpful and quick to respond to messages.

I liked everything, the host is very nice, if you needed help, he did everything. The apartment is quite nice, it was very comfortable to be in it because it had air conditioning. Very nice view of the volcano from the windows and from the terrace. Convenient location both to the center (10-15 minute walk) and to the bus station (5 minute walk)

A stunning private roof terrace with views of Mount Etna and the sea, where you can soak up the sun in your bikini even in January. A lovely apartment with spacious rooms, a great layout, lots of windows, and plenty of sunlight. Excellent communication with the friendly owner Dario, who provided clear instructions. Everything you need is included in the apartment.

Drawback is the narrow staircase and the small shower.

An apartament with spectacular roof terrace view over Etna, great for sunsets and sunrises. Really fully-equipped inside, very convenient mini-market at home, and all the necessary information about how things work. Closeness to the railway station and bus station makes it easy for those travelling. Amazingly good grocery with local best quality products and restaurant nearby

The apartment is very convenient for the station which was helpful as we were only in transit over two days. The property was clean.

The surrounding area is very shabby and noisy with music late at night from neighbours. The steps up to the top floor apartment get narrower the further up you get which makes manhandling large bags a very real challenge. We never met the owner but there are notices placed all over the property giving various points of information but they are all rather untidy and overwhelming- a guest guide book would be a neater and more polite way of getting the information across.

Apartment is very close to the railway station and city center. It’s clean and beautiful. On the terrace you can have breakfast with the Etna view. The owner is very friendly and helpful, always stays in touch and responds quickly. Apartment has a lot of instructions inside, so it’s easy to feel as at home

It’s better to take several blanket covers, there were only bed sheets. Pay attention to the entrance door, I had difficulties to open it first.

The apartment is very spacious and clean, equipped with everything you need. Very tastefully decorated. A loved the terrace overlooking Etna on one side and the sea on the other. The host is very nice and communicative and always ready to answer your questions. Perfect location, 10 min walk to the cathedral square and 3 min to the station. Thank you and see you again.
