Location was perfect, the room is big and spacious. Has a separate big bathroom.

Well not very good wifi signal,you need to try to catch it. The shared kitchen wasn’t very clean, there was kind of sticky everywhere:)

Top location

the location is excellent, near the city center and the supermarket which is just a walking 5-10 mins. The room is including a private bathroom, it is better for me.

The house is close to the street and has two restaurants downstairs which is a little bit noisy at night. If a table is given inside the room which is perfect.

Easy to comunicate with the hosts, great location, walking distance from all central places of interest!

The place is not very detail oriented. The lamps on the bedside tables were broken and when plugged in didn't work. The bed was not comfortable, neither was the pillow, both mattress and pillow were probably very old.

The view from the balcony was amazing. You can see Teatro Bellini. Hera and Ivan are so friendly. Hera was very kind. She gave us a recommendation for a really good restaurant.

The pillows were big and uncomfortable, it might be a good idea to have a few different size pillows in the wardrobe.

We arrived very late due to plane delays and Hera, the property manager, went above and beyond the call of duty to be on hand with the keys when we arrived at around 1am. She was also very responsive to texts and WhatsApp messages at the time and throughout our stay (she was also helpful in recommending places to visit in & around Catania). Through Mandalarose we had also previously arranged a taxi transfer from the airport, which was fortunate given our late arrival, and he was also very helpful in staying in touch by phone, being immediately on hand when we arrived and taking us straight to the door of the accommodation - a big shout out to Federico!

Nice location in middle of the city.

No toilet paper in toilets.
