Ottima esperienza! Parcheggio privato con due posti auto proprio davanti alla casa. La posizione è ideale: la spiaggia si raggiunge in un attimo e l’Afrobar, a soli due minuti a piedi, è secondo me lo stabilimento balneare più affascinante e giovanile di Catania. La ragazza addetta al cambio lenzuola è stata davvero gentile, educata e molto professionale. Essendo vicino all’aeroporto, può capitare di sentire un po’ di rumore, anche per via della musica dal vivo che ogni tanto si prolunga fino a tardi, ma tutto questo passa in secondo piano rispetto al piacere di soggiornare qui e all’energia positiva che si respira nel comprensorio! Torneremo sicuramente.

Location was disgusting. Garbage everywhere.

The location next to the airport was perfect since I had an early flight

There were some people partying in the one of the bungalows near by, which cause lot of noise. Also the name of the property "cucaracha" is not visible from the access point. The location and reception desk is shared among different companies managing different bungalows, so it is not very clear if you are in the correct place once you arrive there.

The beach

The noise. From airplanes non stop. From the outdoor all night. From the loud groups of drunken people walking passed my bungalow. From the loading of furniture and kitchen tools on various vans from a closed restaurant next to my room all night long. Couldn’t they do this in the day time? No respect at all. The room was advertised on booking as “30 square meters on a quiet patio “. The room was 13 square meters at the most including the bathroom. A Total rip off. 80€ + hotel tax. Never had such a disastrous experience. I left the hotel at 3:30 in the morning. as unbearable situation. I wrote to the structure for refund. I did so far not hear from them. Sorry to write this. Usually I am an easygoing person.

Beach is just view meters away, airport is a few minutes away. Place ok to stay the night before flight departure

In October, out of high season, not very inviting to stay for several nights. Might be different in summer time. Loud airplane noise is normal next to airport. But loud party until 04:00 allowed no sleep

Premium bungalows were okay. Old, but clean. Big advantage, that nice beach with beach bar was very close....In general it was fine for a trip with friends.

Friendly staff, lovely restaurant. Close to beach.
