The building is quiet and not far from important things. You can walk in 5 minutes to the regional bus station. A walk to center is a good day activity. Beds are good quality. Toilet and shower good condition. Owner is nice and helpful, wish them the best. It is a good apartment for overnight stay.

You need to wear sandals inside, the floor leaves socks dark. If you are sensitive to mold in the air you might have a problem. Kitchen is minimally equipped. A microwave would be a good investment.

Location, close to historical district, train and bus terminals. Very spacious, immaculate, and great communication with the host. Easy self check in and lift(elevator).

Wi fi was impossible unless you were in the hallway or outside the apartment. The kitchen had limited sharp knife’s only one flimsy serrated steak knife and other necessary cooking prep items.

Spacious apartment with mezzanine area for bedroom. Close to train station and also old town. Has oven and washing machine. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Great recommendations for local restaurants.

Stairs a bit rickety. WiFi not great but 5G available on phone. Could have done with sharp knife and chopping board to enable easier prep of meals.

I can recommend this spacious apartment. It’s in a good location, close to Catania’s main train station (a 5-minute walk) and not too far from the city center (around a 15-minute walk). The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the street, but it wasn’t noisy outside. Everything was clean overall, and I appreciated the water in the fridge.

For first day shower did not work properly - there was no hot water. However, communication was smooth, so shower was repaired quickly.

l'appartamento al piano terra con il divano letto a ridosso della strada proprio no. Il divano letto scomodissimo, abbiamo fatto a turno a dormirci su. La notte c'era una gran confusione di persone che parlavamo proprio davanti al nostro appartamento. Inoltre l'appartamento è sprovvisto di tende oscuranti e di tende o tapparelle che danno privacy anche nel cortile interno. Nel cortile interno c'era un odore cattivo . La pulizia si poteva fare meglio . Lo scaldabagni permetteva la doccia a due persone per volta, essendo noi in 4 abbiamo fatto fatica,il mobile del bagno all'interno c'era odore forte di muffa. La prima volta che abbiamo fatto la doccia ci siamo allagati e abbiamo utilizzato i teli per sciugare (essendo una doccia walkin) ma subito ci hanno risolto il problema e per ovviare al disagio non ci hanno addebitato la pulizia finale. Cosa che ho trovato molto corretta .
