This area is super authentic — it’s both a cool plus and a tiny minus! It might be a bit noisy for some, but that’s what makes it so vibrant and fun — you really feel like you’re part of the local scene. Love the amenities here: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and a washing machine — everything you need for a comfy stay! The location is perfect — just a 10-minute walk to the city center, 15 minutes to the beach, and 25 minutes to the train station. So convenient! And the host? Amazing! 🤗 They’re so welcoming and always ready to help. You’ll feel right at home! Upon request and agreement, a transfer can be arranged.

Pokój czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Zlokalizowany w bliskiej odległości od centrum (10 minut pieszo), do plaży również niedaleko 15 minut pieszo. Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz Francesco, który przywiózł nas z lotniska oraz zawiózł na lotnisko. Zrobił nam również niespodziankę przynosząc do pokoju pyszne śniadanie na słodko.Serdecznie polecam.

Merci à Francesco pour son accueil, ses bons conseils pour les restaurants, les visites et de nous avoir arrangé avec les bagages à l'aller comme au retour nous permettant de profiter jusqu'au bout de Catane. Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et proche des lieux d'intérêts ce qui est super pratique.

L'insonorisation n'est pas top mais nous nous y attendions. La Sicile vit jour et nuit il faut s'y préparer !

Apartament czysty, przestronny i bardzo wygodny. Blisko do centrum i najważniejszych atrakcji. Okolica spokojna, sklep tuż obok oraz cukiernia z pysznymi sycylijskimi słodkościami i kawą. Francesco jest bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny. Po zameldowaniu otrzymaliśmy na whatsapp przydatne informacje dotyczące atrakcji turystycznych i polecanych restauracji. Francesco zaoferował nam odwiezienie na lotnisko. Polecamy 🤗

Apartament taki jak na zdjęciu, czysto, pachnąco z pełnym wyposażeniem. Właściciel idealny, sam od siebie przesłał miejsca w których warto zjeść, które warto zobaczyć, odebrał nas z lotniska w nocy i wiedzieliśmy że zawsze możemy liczyć na jego pomoc. W ostatnim dniu mogliśmy w apartamencie zostawić bagaż by bez obciążenia zwiedzać zakątki Katanii. Polecam serdecznie

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Catania! The place was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, and very cozy. The location was perfect—there was a grocery store nearby, and both a supermarket and the city center were about a 15-minute walk away. The neighborhood felt very safe. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and easygoing. He had no problem accommodating our late-night check-in and early morning check-out, even outside the official hours, which we really appreciated. On top of that, he also provided transportation both from and to the airport. He also gave us tons of great tips for trips and restaurants—and honestly, they were spot on. We can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Catania. We would 100% stay here again without hesitation!

Wygodne, komfortowe mieszkanie. Ladowalismy poznym wieczorem, wlasciciel odebral nas z lotniska i z wlasnej inicjaty zorganizowal mleko dla naszego synka. Bylo to naprawde urocze. Wyslal mnowstwo polecen lokalnych atrakcji i miejsc. Dodatkowo nieodplatnie odwiozl nas na lotnisko. Bardzo polecam! p.s. jesli podrozujesz z wozkiem dla dziecka, wez pod uwage, ze w kamienicy sa tylko schody, nie ma windy. Taki urok tej lokalizacji :)

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The place was spotless, very well maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable week. The area felt safe, while still being in a great location with easy access to the city and nearby attractions. The host was truly amazing: very friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond by picking us up from the airport very late at night and also taking us back early in the morning, which made our trip so much easier and stress-free. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Catania and would happily stay here again!
