Amazing place to stay if you're visiting Catania. Our host Francesco was welcoming and super nice, he always went out of his way to make sure we had everything we need. Francesco gave us a lot of nice recommendations for Catania and the dinner place he recommended was delicious. The area is very safe, a short 10 mins walk to the center and near the beach. The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was excellent and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone who is looking for a comfortable stay in Catania. Thank you for everything, Francesco!

Del apartamento. : todo en general está muy bien ubicación muy cerca del centro Barrio obrero pero seguro aparcamos en la calle Sin ningún problema Francesco (anfitrión) ya nos lo dijo cuando llegamos Francesco gracias por toda la información que nos pasaste para visitar Catania y alrededores !!Un saludo Francesco!!

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, felt like a little home away from home. We especially loved the layout: the bedroom is on the upper floor, which gives a nice sense of privacy and makes the place feel even more open and cozy at the same time. The location is great too - close enough to the city center to get around easily, but still in a quiet area where you can unwind after a busy day. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He took the time to share plenty of local recommendations — from sights to visit and nearby beaches for swimming, to restaurants worth trying. Those little tips really made our trip even better. He knows the city, the island, and the weather - advised us to bring a jacket on our trip to Taormina where it was much colder than expected. Parking can be a bit tight to maneuver, but once you’re in, your car is completely tucked away from the street, which we found super convenient. All in all, it was a great stay, and we’d definitely come back the next time we’re in town!

The owner was very friendly and helpful. He met us on arrival to help us settle in and give us some local info and ensured we had everything we needed. There was free street parking available at the property, which is located a short walk from the city centre and there were shops and bakeries nearby to get any supplies, so we were able to leave our car there for the whole of our stay. The property itself is really lovely, very well put together with lots of natural light - we wanted to live there! It's all kept very clean and is perfectly comfortable, even with a baby. Has all the utilities you'd need which made our stay with our 6-month-old go incredibly smoothly. We were able to ask for a baby cot in advance, which was made available to us.

The only bit that we could think about that we didn't like was the location - although a short walk from the city centre until you get there the pavements aren't great (very common for Sicily) which meant walking on the road with the pram which isn't comfortable with the way people drive here. There were also large gatherings of youth on the corners in the evenings, which put us on edge. That being said, we had no issues.
