A little difficult to locate and the street appears to be a cut through, very noisy

Nice little property, Italian style. The check-in was smooth, the communication with the host was really on-time and helpful. Fully equipped kitchen, a lot of goodies left for us (coffee capsules, biscuits, tea bags, a bottle of water in the fridge, a.s.o.), nice little details that count (thanks again to our host). Bathroom was also fully equipped (but is small), including toothpaste and shaving foam, also lots of towels. Bed was very comfortable, we slept really well in it. Quality Internet access, you'll find the loooong WiFi password on the label on the back of the router.

A few minor things: the provided knifes don't cut very well, so one or two "real" knives would be a nice addition. Also, be aware that the toilet does not have a plastic toilet seat (you sit directly on the ceramic part), a thing that we found unusual, but it appears that most toilets in Sicily are like this. Location is not very close to shops and restaurants, but is quiet at night.

We have spend there few nights at the beginning of march. One adult and two kids. Very nice flat :) everything that we needed was there. Closed to shops and train station. Longer walk to city centre but possible if you enjoy walking. Very quiet area. Flat has even air conditioning/ heating Key was easy to find, as clear instructions were given.

The place is really comfortable. Everything you need is available and you feel like at home. It is quiet, beds are spacious, we slept really well and we are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. You can park the car in the street in front of the building.

The location is not really central, but I guess that's why it was quiet at night and you could find a parking spot at any time of the day.

Clean, nice place with all I need available and extra (for example, coffee machine). All stuff which needed for leaving, even long, much better than in usual hotel stay. There is quite calm area at night. Very warm and responsive host, all my needs were solved in seconds. Easy auto check in.

A bit far from the center, but I used scooters with app to reach the center, so I had fun.

I came to Catania with my family and I'm glad we chose this accomodation. It was clean, looked really nice and had everything we needed.

Good location with free parking on street. Fully equipped kitchen, inclusive of oven. Espresso coffee machine with generous capsules provided. Lots of snacks and juices provided. Responsive host. Easy self check-in instruction.
