Lettera Living Penthouse

Fantastic location right next to the Catania Cathedral, amazing roof access to see 360 view of the skyline. The views out the window in the place are also amazing. The rooms and the beds were great, the place was dead quiet.

The wifi didnt work when we were there, they might of been able to fix it but we didnt need it, so it wasnt issue.

Our group of eight friends recently stayed at the Lettera Living Penthouse in Catania, and unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. Firstly, cleanliness was a major concern. While the place was organized, it lacked the level of cleanliness we anticipated. This disparity between organization and actual cleanliness was noticeable and somewhat disappointing. Secondly, the malfunctioning elevator was a significant inconvenience. With it not working consistently, navigating six floors multiple times a day became a tiresome task, especially for a group of eight people. Additionally, there was confusion regarding the contact information provided. The discrepancy between the number provided on the booking and the actual contact number for the property created confusion and added an unnecessary layer of complexity to our stay. Despite these shortcomings, it's worth noting that the penthouse itself offered spacious accommodations and decent amenities. However, the issues with cleanliness and the elevator significantly detracted from our overall experience. In conclusion, while the Lettera Living Penthouse has potential, improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, as well as clearer communication regarding contact information, are necessary to ensure a more satisfactory stay for future guests.

Central location. Two bathrooms. King size beds

No storage in bedrooms (drawers) for clothes. Limited comfortable seating, insufficient if 6 adults staying. Lack of mirrors in bedrooms. Kitchen poorly equipped inadequate for cooking a meal. No oven gloves. The apartment lacked a homely atmosphere e.g. bare walls. No tourist information.

The best property on our travels to IT

Very central and with ample spaces. Owner was always very available for all our questions and made sure we had the best stay possible. The biggest point is location, specially if you go by car.

We love the location and the view from the terace. The apartament is big and well organized.

I didn't like the late chek-in at 16.
