Gli spazi enormi e la casa d'epoca hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno ottimo. Posizione vicina al centro e per questo motivo rumorosa, ma con tutti i servizi sotto casa.😉. L'appartamento era fornito di ogni comfort. Letti comodissimi!

L'iniziale assenza di pulizia ma ho rimediato personalmente pulendo l'appartamento. Dopo è stato tutto accogliente e perfetto.

L’appartement est grand et à proximité du centre et de pas mal de commerces et de lieux à visiter. Il est climatisé et possède deux douches wc ce qui permet d’être bien. La literie est de qualité et l’accueil est très sympathique.

L’extérieur est un peu bruyant.

Very spacious and for a low price. Beds where comfy and an lovely architecture (high ceilings, nice plasterwork, big old fashion windows and balconies.

Noisy location which was a problem for sleep (unless you are used to a lot of road noise). As perhaps you would expect for the prices, the building was a bit run down.

We had a wonderful time at this spacious and lovely apartment. There are huge rooms, exectly as in the pictures, and the flat is equipped with everything you need. There are plenty of chairs, plates, cups, cuttlery and the landlady is extremely kind, and at your help in anything in minutes. For example giving hints about good places to go, or what to see etc. There are games in the living room, so we could play cards in the evening. We loved the place. The area is also good, because you could eat cheaply, the local food for locals. I honestly recommend the place.

Very spacious apartment with two bathrooms. Close to shops. Distant to city center is acceptable, about 10-15 minutes by foot. Nice and helpful host. Ideal place for group of friends or family.

Lack of private car parking. But it is possible to park close to the apartment.

Very big and very old appartment. Furnitured just enough, 2nd floor, small street. Beds were fine, clean linning and towels. Many shops nearby, pizzeria, bar. Very good contact with the owner. He was really taking care and helpfull.

Bathrooms, especially showers needs refreshment. Hot water system was malfuncioning, although owner provided full help ans solution of the problem. In the kitchen electric kettle would be welcomed, more bigger cups. As it was winter time more blankets and sufficient heating equipment in the bathrooms would be great.

it was close to city center. the host has struggled a lot to speak woth us in english. beds are comfy.

parking in front of the apartment is not so safe. the street is very narrow and there is a high risk that your car will be scratched. one of the windows from the living was so cracked, that you can put your finger through it. one of the rooms door is so bended that you struggle to close it. the street is very busy all night long and it is very noisy in both sleeping rooms. the apartment was not ready even if the host asked us one day before arrival about our arrival time which was arround 6 pm.

This apartment was massive. The bed was fantastic and we had everything we needed. Beautiful ceilings and tall windows. The location was ok, just a 15 minute walk to the centre.

Lots of traffic in the area, but difficult to avoid in catania.

Very nice, spacious and clean apartment. Rooms are very big, wifi and AC worked great. Apartment was supplied with everything that we needed. There are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants very close by, and main square is only 15 minutes of walking away. Host was very kind and answered all our questions. Thank you again for everything!

The host is very nice and welcoming. answered to all our questions and request. This is one big old house with wonderful big rooms. It is exactly as described - two big bedrooms, 1 big living room, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and so on. The place is very clean. WiFi is pretty good. There are Air conditioners in every room and they are working pretty well. There are some good bakeries, pizzerias and trattorias around, good grocery store 2-3 minutes away. The bus stop (line 504) to the Duomo square is 1 minute away.

Didn't like the neighborhood - it was very dirty.
