Very good location and interier was pleasant

That was incredible. The staff is always ready to help. The location of the apartment was ideal. The apartment had everything you needed: refrigerator, hair dryer, dishwasher, TV, towels. Grazie!

Excellent location

Cockroaches kept appearing in the room. Found a HUGE one in my shoe which felt traumatizing. Loud at night and morning because the apartments are right above the restaurant and the food market. The bed turned out to be a wall-mounted folding sofa - not comfortable. There is another small room with 2 more small folding bunk beds.

Location excellent, in the heart of Catania city center. Nice comfy room, with AC, good bathroom and kitchen facilities. Easy check in and check out with friendly and cooperative staff.

Microwave unfortunately not working in the room. Some more essentials for the kitchen would be nice to have (e.g. salt, oil, few more pots/pans)

Location is central and a good spot for seeing Catania by day and by night. Spacious closet if you need one. Nice renovated kitchen and bathroom but..

Bugs and cockroaches kept appearing in the room. The hosts tried to resolve the issue but the insects kept showing up. Nevertheless, no compensation or apology was offered in the end. There is a smell of fried food everywhere as the room is over the restaurant and kitchen smells are caught. Room is not big enough as in pictures. Two of the three balconies were full of bird droppings and one of them was hosting an ill bird. Not close to bus stop from the airport or central bus and train stations (near to a bus station for Palermo and Syracuse, though). Last but not least, not a problem for us, but as the room is over the food market and restaurants, there is lots of noise when windows are open.
