Excellent location at the old part of Catania where most of the attractions and historical sites are. The host is extremely nice and helpful.

Very good location in the city centre, spacious, with all you might need for your stay. We had cold water to serve when we came late at night and the host invited also to take free of cost wine if we wished. Very helpful host with all from fixing a taxi from the airport to directions for bus station and timetable. Always quick responses.

The apartment is well positioned, in the city center. Host was communicative and answered our questions in a short time. Inside the accommodation we had cold drinks and various others for the morning. The room was clean.

The very strong and unpleasant smell in the room cannot be combated with existing air fresheners. The room has an entrance door to the outside and another door to the inner courtyard, with no windows, making ventilation almost impossible. Both, in fact, are unpleasant to open and thus fresh air does not get into the apartment. The front door leads directly onto the sidewalk of a busy street and you don't want to leave it open under any circumstances, and the inner courtyard at the back is anyway too far from the bedroom. The apartment is, in fact, 2 steps lower than the street level and I think gives it an unpleasant basement air. Apologizing for the fact that I didn't have 2 euros in cash to leave for what I had consumed and asking for an account / Revolut where I could pay, the host asked me to give an excellent review for not paying, which I thought was completely unprofessional. Finally, the standard goodbye message included the encouragement of receiving an excellent review. I feel now that part of the reviews are received in this way.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. We arrived at midnight and the water and snacks we found there were very much appreciated. There are 2 large beds in the main room, but we knew in advance; being a family, it didn't bother us at all. Also, the communication with Valentina was perfect! The location is 5 minutes from Catania cathedral and main square.

The whole apartment was lovely. Had very well equipped kitchen too. Nice specious rooms with modern bathroom . Right in the centre of Catania. Easy online checkin and check out. Nothing to fault . We parked our car right outside the apartment

We noticed there is no proper sized window but front door let enough light in so we didn't really mind

The location/neighborhood is not great. There was also a specific smell inside the apartment, that was covered by a lot of artificial air fresheners. Correlated with the fact there are no ways to refresh the air in the apartment, breathing inside is a challenge. Personally I did not enjoy this part even I understand the privilege of staying in a traditional space.

This place was immaculate. Super clean. Quite large. They even had games for children and an entire menu with wine and snacks. The place is close to so many amazing resturaunts and cafes. You are a 5 minute walk to a city center. I left my glasses there and they drove very far just to bring them to me. They really care about their guests. Thank you so much!!!

The self check-in was very easy - the host sent us video instrustions beforehand. The apartment is super close to the main Duomo, everything is in a walking distance. Although the street was quite noisy, thanks to the sound-proof door it was quiet in the room, hardly any sounds from the street were head. There are lots of cafes and restaurants really close to the apartment. The host provided a baby cot and even a straller for us! And in the apartment there were books and games for children. Some snacks for breakfast were also available + the kitchen equipped with all the necesary staff. We even managed to find a free of charge parking spot really close from the apartment, on a perpendicular street in 150-200 metres from our door. But may be the trick will not work in high season. In this case there is a guarded parking also not far from the apartment. The host sent us the location, but we did not use it.

The apartment is a bit dark, as there are no windows, but ok for a several days stay.
