Lokalizacja idealna . Odległość od plaży super. Pod samym apartamentem dobrze zaopatrzony supermarket. Do centrum starego miasta blisko i przyjemny spacer. Właściciel służy dużą pomocą w różnych udogodnieniach jeśli chodzi o pobyt . Miejsce czyli Cefalu przepiękne

Logement très bien situé à 10 minutes à pieds de la vielle ville et à 200 mètres de la plage. Au pied de l'immeuble un commerce permettant de faire les courses facilement. Pas de bruit et jouissance d'une terrasse sur le toit. L'immeuble appartient à la famille de l'hôte et est très serviable.

Des petits details pour etre pinailleur : la douche un peu petite avec peu de pression, cependant selon l'hôte cela devrait changer pour l'année prochaine. Une porte d'une chambre qui ne se fermait pas et des stores fatigués.

Zweckmäßige Ausstattung der Wohnung, Die bunten Palettenmöbel waren cool. Alles sehr sauber, netter Empfang, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe mit Kontakt via WhatsApp. Mega Dachterrasse zur alleinigen Nutzung. Ein Parkplatz, der zur Wohnung gehört, top!

Der Supermarkt unterhalb der Wohnung hat Vor- und Nachteile! Aber dass es laut werden könnte, haben wir eigentlich gewusst

- Nähe zum Strand - Wäsche frisch und ausreichend - schöner Fliesenboden - Vermieter sehr nett und bemüht, direkt erreichbar

- App liegt direkt über einem großen Supermarkt. D.h. ab 5.00 Uhr morg Flutlicht und sehr viel Lärm durch Anlieferung . - Matratzen liegen direkt auf Holz Paletten, dadurch sind die Betten super hart und staubig. Das Sofa ebenso. - Dusche zu klein, alt und stark verschimmelt. Handbrause verkalkt. - Küchenutensilien sowie der Kühlschrank waren nicht sauber.

Salvatore was an excellent host! He was very accommodating to us and gave us excellent information on local information and restaurants. He also "treated" us to a few drinks...unexpected but very grateful for! Please read his instructions upon entering and get in touch with him on anything you might need. He will answer and accommodate if he can. We also got a treat by seeing artwork in his apartment...and then finding the shop to purchase numerous items for ourselves and as gifts...ask him...it's worth it! Highly recommend!

The location was perfect. Dud not use our car rental the entire time. Grocery store below easy walk to beach and centro. The roof top terrace is a great bonus

There could be ac or ceiling fan in living room. Couch was stylish but uncomfortable

Die Unterkunft war perfekt gelegen mit eigenem Parkplatz direkt davor. Zum Strand und in die Altstadt nur ein Katzensprung. Der Gadtgeber war immer zu erreichen und hat tolle Tips gegeben. Immer zu empfehlen!

Ottima posizione, appartamento pulito,Host accogliente e molto disponibile,mare cristallino.

Spiagge private piuttosto care, spiagge libere non proprio pulite e scarne dei servizi base,tipo docce.

Perfekt läge, nära till stranden, staden och mataffären. Fräsch lägenhet. Tillgång till fantastisk takterrass. Lätt att få kontakt med värden.

Trångt sovrum till två tonåringar. Saknade ac i vardagsrummet.

Location is a 20 minute walk into the old town. Beach is nearby. Accommodation is on first floor of a block of apartments immediately above the supermarket and its car park. Very convenient.

It wasn’t clear from pics that it was in a block. Also, terrace is not really private as other residents used it. It is spacious so not a problem.
