"Frustrating, felt unwelcome"

Location, comfortable beds, general layout

The apartment was not ready, no water, no heat, kettle, stove and dishwasher not working, door handle of en-suite bathroom not working, to name just a few. The communication was difficult, no help offered, we had to walk down into the garage to find the lever to turn on the water, the regular heat never worked, but the heatpump finally worked and my son in law found the circuit breaker that made the stove and dishwasher work. We received no answer from the host to any messages after 24 December.

Appartamento moderno, pulito e ben attrezzato; posizione ottima per raggiungere sia il mare sia il centro di Cefalù.

Jacuzzi non funzionante! Il problema tecnico non è stato comunicato, solo su richiesta esplicita si è ammesso il guasto; non è stato risolto.

Location and size of property

There was a musty and damp smell throughout the property, particularly from the air-conditioning - the air-conditioning filters were never cleaned, and i undertook to clean them and advised the host via Watsap. Also door handles were loose. Note - The door handle in the ensuite fell off.

Hôte pas très agréable - ne s est pas déplacé - mauvais contact - jacuzzI en panne ( à t il fonctionné un jour? on pense que c est récurrent si ce n est définitif, au vu des autres commentaires)- équipement très succinct ( pas de machine à café entre autres)- vu de l appart côté salon très laide(Clim balcon/ poubelles des voisins/ linges) - lavabos et douche bouchés dans une salle de bain- appartement très décevant!

L'emplacement et top, les pièces sont spacieuses le look global de l appartement est moderne et très sympa par contre l appartement mérité d être entretenu.

Le nom de l appartement et ́’appartement luxury Jaccuzi... mais il ne faut retenir que appartement car il a besoin d être entretenu. Le jaccuzi ne fonctionne pas pourtant c est la photo principale et l une des raisons de notre choix. Les poignées de porte vous reste dans les mains, le bouton de la douche pomeau/ plafonnier ne tient pas , le canapé est très taché ...bref il ne correspont pas a l image de ce que l on attendait.

No hay aparcamiento gratuito cercano. El día que nos fuimos cortaron la luz a las 9 de la mañana sin darnos oportunidad de desayunar en el apartamento cuando la salida pactada era a las 10 El jakusi no funcionaba Sólo es bonito en fotos
