Favolosa Casa Vacanza a Cefalù

I had wonderful stay in this apartment. It was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was perfect - just a short walk from the sea and situated in the old part of the city, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and always available whenever I had questions. I truly enjoyed my time in Sicily.

The apartment is cozy and beautiful. Excellent location, close to everything. The host was very kind and friendly.

La disponibilité de notre hôte. La situation de l'appartement, à proximité immédiate de tout, la propreté. Belle grande chambre à coucher, belle salle de bains. Le calme.

Des détails, mais... L'appartement est plutôt sombre. Cela est dû au mauvais éclairage de la pièce principale (une ampoule de 40 watts, ce n'est pas assez ni pour lire ni pour faire quoi que ce soit, de plus les fenêtres de l'appartement donnent sur de petites cours intérieures, avec peu de soleil). Le wifi était un peu débordé et lent par moments. La cuisine est une cuisine juste pour chauffer de l'eau !

Great Location right in the heart of the old town. 2-3 minute walk to nearest beach. Excellent communication with the host and we were able to drop of bags early which was a huge benefit to us.

No real kitchen so speak of, so if you want more than a cup of coffee in the morning you will have to go out.

The apartment was not clean (greasy, incrusted cutlery in the kitchen, dust, even a bad smell from the sink). Instead of acknowledging the problem, the host replied with excuses and claimed all other guests were happy. Very disappointing and far below the rating. Update ★ The host’s claim that I refused to provide photos is false: I was never asked for any. I reported greasy cutlery, dust and a foul smell from the sink; no apology or solution was offered. Instead I was told it was “my problem” and that no other guest had ever complained. Yet upon arrival there is a list of fines for basic things (€20–30 each), creating more a prison-like atmosphere than a welcome. True hospitality begins with kindness, and here it completely failed — both in cleanliness and in attitude. Honestly, for the dirt alone I would have given a 6, but after the lack of courtesy this review became necessary. After the insults 1.

Appartamento nuovo e pulito. Posizione strategica a pochi passi dalle vie centrali e dalla spiaggia. Nonostante ciò, la struttura è silenziosa. Self check-in senza alcun problema grazie a tutte le indicazioni dettagliate inviate dall'host. Utilissime le indicazioni dateci dall'host relative a come vivere al meglio la città di Cefalù. Insomma, ci ritornerei volentieri. Grazie Massimiliano per la tua disponibilità e per aver "salvato" la nostra vacanza.
