Incao Holiday I Pupi House

The location was outstanding. The rooms were spacious, clean, and pretty.

I would have liked a more obvious heads up about the drinking water. There’s a little sign on the wall full of text and at the bottom it says that the water is not drinkable. For some folks that is probably ok, but I would have appreciated a direct comment. The outreach with the staff was strictly professional for checkin- I would have really liked more forthcoming information about the town, etc. It’s ok- but to be really exceptional, more warmth in the interactions would be nice.

Excellent location, very quiet, clean, modern facilities

Sofa was uncomfortable, unpleasant smell in bathroom. We would’ve liked instructions to assist with using the microwave and information in English to assist us with putting out the rubbish for recycling. We could work out the days for each item but didn’t know where to take it .

Our host was lovely and went out of her way to help when our daughters bags went missing at Rome airport

Great space to be able to cook at home and perfect location!!

The main bed mattress was really hard but everything else was perfect.

Helpful and communicative host. Well equipped property with everything you need, great bathroom and shower. Perfect location within easy reach of the beach and restaurants.

The location (in the old town of Cefalù) was outstanding. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and tastefully furnished. It had a Juliet balcony with a visit of the street (little or no motor traffic in this part of town).

We had a rental car, and the public parking in Cefalù (near the beach) is about a 10 minute walk from the property. So it was inconvenient to get suitcases to and from the car.

This property was stunning in a super location right in the centre of Cefalù! It had two gorgeous Juliette balconies one from the bedroom & one from the living room over looking the narrow street below giving a real experience of Sicilly! The bathroom was gorgeous, I couldn’t recommend this property enough, easy access, there is a great pizzaria two doors down

Nothing everything was 1st class

Located in the old town a very short stroll to the beach through an arch, restaurants & cathedral moments away. Renovated to a very good standard with a slightly upscale vibe. Double glazed french doors to two small juliette balconys. Very quiet. Seperate kitchen/dining area with plenty of utensils for cooking if you need them. Electronic Card access was great.

This is on me. But I had to do some thinking to activate the electric hotplate for boiling water. Its Italy, your gonna get plenty of steps to carry your luggage up. Pretty sure we counted 25.
