Please note that City Suites requires a copy of your ID and completed booking form to be sent to the specified email address within 48 hours of placing the reservation. Guests are advised the same credit card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. The lead guest name has to match the name on the card used to make the reservation and the photo ID uploaded. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
