"We would definitely stay here again but not when the triathlon is on."

The property was in an ideal location and the best place we have stayed in Chester so far.

The only downside was the sign outside one of the bedrooms was ‘creaking’ in the wind all night the first night so my sister & brother in law didn’t sleep well then the 2nd morning they were woken at 6am with spectators arriving ready for the Chester triathlon so no lie in again 😔 Due the triathlon taking place we had to move our car from outside the property the night before so ended up paying £20 for parking and walking to the car park with our luggage.

We stayed last year such a beautiful property in a beautiful location. The staff are amazing expecially Lisa she goes above and beyond she is so frendly. We shall be back again this time next year for another fabulous stay.

Nothing we didnt like its just a perfect place.

Lovely breakfast with friendly staff. Fantastic location, great parking. Clean and bright apartment with great views of the river. Lovely outdoor area (if you have the weather for it)

On suite shower temp was a bit hit and miss? It was windy while we were there and the sign on the front of the building was swinging in the wind and kept my daughter awake most of the night ?

"If you’re looking for somewhere that’s just that little bit special you can not beat the Moorings."

From the moment I introduced myself to the team at the moorings I was warmly greeted and nothing was too much trouble. As we we arrived a little early we decided to have lunch there and we were looked after and the food was excellent. When it was time to check in we were shown around the apartment room by room and it was stunning. Our host told us if there was anything that we needed to just let them know. I’d also asked if a bottle of champagne could be there for when we arrived and Sarah was so helpful and accommodating with a bottle chilled and glasses beautifully presented. Also the communication was exceptional.
