Comfy clean and great location

The location was perfect

The sofa wasn't comfy and could of done with an extra set of keys.

Proximity to centre

No duvet available for the sofa bed. Barrier for car park was constantly open. So parking wasn’t as secure as I would have hoped.

An imaginative second floor (attic) conversion of office space in the Hunters Walk office development to provide compact self-catering accommodation Ideal central location within walking distance of city centre. Allocated private parking. Modern, bright, well-heated, clean and comfortable. Customer service prompt and efficient.

Layout with restricted ceiling heights particularly in lounge and second bedroom limit headroom. Position of doors in bedrooms limit movement. Repositioning of furniture would help. Access makes apartment unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Only one hand towel provided in bathroom for all guests to share. Kitchen could do with oven gloves; more cutlery, contents of kitchen knife block need replaced. Lack of visitor information brochures. Some maintenance issues as separately reported. Presence of building work at No.2 caused some noise/inconvenience/parking issues. It would have been helpful to have been notified in advance. Some of the photographs shown on the web page are not of Apartment 3.

Parking and location was good

On arrival garden area was full of cigarette butts, broken central nasty step to negotiate, then had to walk under scaffolding as work being done next door. Latch on door constantly left off which made us feel less secure but realise reason for that was key kept getting stuck as it needed oiled or checked. Went into make a coffee and found the brown sugar had gone hard and the uht milk was out of date. Thought we would have a cold drink instead but ice box didn't have any ice just a frozen big bottle of lemonade. It was a windy night and the draft was blowing in through windows, tried to check it but the windowsill was full of dust and grit blowing in but couldn't do anything to stop it. None of the blinds on any of the windows worked properly and were all broken. I was looking forward to having a bath but after my cousin had her bath we found that plug gets stuck. Trying our best to release it to no avail as plumbing was coming away. I then could not wash as bath had dirty water stuck in it. Fan was not working in bathroom and sink tap was very stiff.

The location was perfect and the apartment was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Parking was a little confusing but a lovely man came and told us where we could park (designated bay was being used by essential maintenance men)

The beds where very comfortable location great kitchen well equipped

Noisy road ,

Location was great. Very close to City Centre. Free parking was great.

It wasn’t clean. Carpets needed a good clean/hoover. Sofa’s grubby, smell from bathroom, blinds broken in bedroom. Advertised as luxury but far from it in my opinion. When we arrived back, quietly, on the first night, someone from the upper flat shouted down the stairs. When we arrived back on the 2nd night, someone was sitting on the doorstep playing a guitar and strong smell of cannabis. Marks on walls and street noise. We did contact owners, they sorted bathroom smell but didn’t address carpets etc..
