Location is great

Cleanliness is very poor, radiator in bathroom was leaking and bathroom was swarmed with ants coming out of the damp filled wall.

We had a problem over having no hot water but was dealt with quickly and we were moved to another flat.botj apartments were lovely clean and comfortable.

When we moved to 2nd flat , bins were not emptied and oven was still dirty from previous tenants. But other than that everything else was brilliant .

EXCELLENT LOCATION. FREE PARKING. EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT IN THE APARTMENT. VERY CLEAN & TIDY, TV & WIFI GOOD, COULD NOT BE BETTER POSITIONED FOR GOING INTO THE CITY CENTRE, ABOUT 1 MINUTES WALK.

SASH WINDOWS IN APARTMENT THOUGH MODERN WERE NOT VERY SOUND PROOF. NOT TOO KEEN ON STEPS UPTO FLAT. NO TV IN BEDROOM THOUGH PLUGS & ARIEL SOCKET PRESENT ON WALL NITPICKING HERE REALLY, OVERALL VERY GOOD.

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment, great free parking space, very secure, great location.

The washing machine did not work and the noise from the dual carriage way was a nuisance in the mornings so didn't get a restful lie in.
