The views were amazing and isolation

The ceilings are slanted making it tough for taller people. The kitchen did not have a full oven/stove. It is a small portable one. It worked fine but with it being on the counter, it was hard to reach the top to use to cook. Also, the fridge is small so don’t buy more than a couple days of food. One thing to note-this apartment is connected to the owners house, it is basically the upstairs portion of the house and they live on the property and you share the space. It wasn’t a problem, but would have been nice to know before booking.

Location is great to explore Anchor beach and Omey Island and views from the property are amazing. Hosts were lovely and had a few games and books available in the property for rainy weather.

The location was amazing. Very rugged and rural but exactly what you would expect for the map location.

Couldn't really complain, the place was clean and welcoming.

Aggie was the most amazing host, she made us feel so welcome from the moment we got there and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time in Cleggan and gave us loads of recommendations. The house was lovely and comfortable, it was well equipped with everything we needed. The views from the house were spectacular over the lake and sea and she had a little walk on the property up to a hill which had stunning 360 views. The house was in a great location only a 5 minute drive to Cleggan and close to gorgeous beaches.

Beautiful, peaceful, comfortable. Bedroom window views open out into Connemara’s natural glory. The hosts were so friendly and generous, going out of their way to provide us with a peaceful sanctuary. I left some important things behind and they made a special trip to Galway to bring them to me. Aggie, Maurice, and Eoin— thank you!!

The only thing was figuring out how to use the hot plates. Very minor issue!
