The house is even better than the pictures. Really comfortable and well set up for bigger groups, we had a great time out on the porch, braai and board games. House is well equipped and very clean, seems recently renovated. Also has a water tank and battery system which is a must for South Africa, can see owners put in a lot of thought to make it comfortable. Staff come to clean daily which is lovely on holiday. Location is excellent, 10 steps and you’re in the main square next to lovely little cafes and restaurants. Bathrooms are so clean and fresh. Very little not to like about this house.

Unfortunately we were robbed during the night. Someone got in through the windows (all doors and front gate locked) and stole a couple of items, be mindful of what is left out as the house is easily visible from the street. This experience shook us quite a bit but still enjoyed the house. May just need electric fences or an alarm system to prevent this from happening to other guests.

We loved everything about it. Beautifull,spacious,comfortable. It is like a home away from home. The host ensures that there is everything you need and more....

Location!!! Loved the views, the open plan downstairs, the spacious bedrooms with en-suite big bathrooms. The home was well equipped for self catering purposes. Relaxing and enjoyable.

Well organised, a home away from home. The views and everything within walking distance. Back up electricity and water. Awesome host and staff.

Please stock fire wood at least for the first night.

Location is excellent, very spacious and clean, beautiful view, we loved the old, restored furniture and art.

Not enough decent blankets for the beds and maybe winter sheeting would be nice. Maybe air conditioning in the bedrooms would be really nice.

Close to all the town attractions, lovely rooms with en suite bathrooms, fabulous for large groups and lovely entertainment areas. The fireplace is just awesome for chilly nights. Daily servicing is also great - would recommend this place to all my friends and family.
