"Truly amazing and a pleasure being there!"

The location is perfect! you already wake up on faculty, so you don't need to walk in morning. The apartment has everything what you need! Whole kitchen, washing machine, ironing thing, the thing to put wet clothes on... It is amazing! It was a true pleasure to stay there. Also the owner is amazing, she even bought a few extra things only for me per my request. She is so kind and nice! Truly amazing!

"perfect location"

this is an apartment with a kitchen. It location close to the university and the amazing botanical gardens was great.

Access for cars is difficult.

Location is very central. Right next to the botanical gardens and some atrractions. It was clean. Had a washing machine and an oven. The price was incredible value for the facilities and being right in the city. Had all you needed for a stay. Good communication from the host.

You are by some Republicia houses and in the university area so there is some noise at night. However the wooden shutters block most of it. We slept fine.
