I am very disappointed and dissatisfied after staying in this apartment. Let me start with the staircase, it is dirty and has a very unpleasant smell. The TV in the apartment didn't work, there was no signal all the time, I wrote to the owner and he told me to try to set it up, I wrote to the owner again asking for the TV to be replaced, he didn't reply and no one came.. The kettle in the apartment does not have a top cover, you have to turn the kettle off hand manually, because water is boiling all the time. The cutlery drawers are dirty, forks and pots are unwashed from previous guests, there are no large spoons in the drawer, there is no hot water in the kitchen. There was only one cup for hot drinks. In the bathroom, the water was sometimes cold, sometimes half-warm. No heating in the bathroom, the electric heater did not work, it was impossible to set the stove in the bathroom, the knob was damaged. Water was dripping from the sink into the ground while washing. The blinds on the windows could not be lifted, the catches were broken. Before arrival, the owner wrote that in case of problems we should contact his friend, but his friend does not respond to messages. I do not recommend anyone to stay in this apartment. There was a problem with everything.

Booked an apartment for myself. Arrived to a place that looks nothing like the pictures. When I walked in, there were used towels in the apartment, dishes in the sink, and trash left. It's impossible to close the window in the bathroom. There's a hole in the bathroom door, and the lid to the toilet is broken. The beds are basically mattresses on the floor. Wifi wouldn't work. Tried messaging the owners right away (Saturday), and I STILL haven't received a reply (Thursday the week after). Had to make a new booking since I couldn't leave my stuff there, not knowing if someone else would show up or not. Someone tried the handle both during the night and in the morning. Wasn't the easiest getting to the apartments either. I even contacted customer service regarding this, and the owners haven't even answered them! If you have a booking standing, unbook it. And if you were looking at booking here, don't do it. I didn't listen to the reviews since the photos looked fine, and the staff did answer me in great manners before my arrival. But I shouldn't have given it a chance.

Hot water 24/7

The window shutters were half broken, and there wasn't even a sharp knife to cut a salad in the kitchen. There wasn't even a cutting board to chop anything. The place was very expensive, and there was no value at all for the price. There was no shutter for the window in the bathroom, so we had to hang a towel over the window to avoid being seen while showering. The Wi-Fi code provided in the apartment was probably from another apartment in the building, which caused us to work with a very distant Wi-Fi signal – we managed to connect only with the laptop, not with the phone. We received no response when we contacted the person responsible for the apartment. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. The doors had signs of break-in attempts, so we had to carry all our valuable belongings with us every time we left the apartment.
