Good location, good for the money. It is perfect if you are busy during the day and you use it just for sleeping and a quick breakfast

Not enough equipped kitchen and bathroom. Not the cleanest place I've been.

It was clean. Flat is in a quiet street and the walk to the tram is short.

The worst was the smell emanating from the bathroom, like old drains. Had to close the bathroom door and keep the window open at night. There was a constant hum from somewhere in addition to the occasional fridge noise. Ear plugs saved me on that one. Could smell stale cigarette smoke when I turned towards the wall in my bed, maybe it came through some holes where the pipework ran through. Wall sockets were loose. Bed frames patched up. No curtains. Shower was either hot or cold on day 1; then only cold on day 2; I gave up trying on day 3.

I didn't like anything about this location.

The apartment was very dirty and the bed was single and I requested a double bed, I had to sleep on the couch in the living room which was very dirty, the internet did not work at all and the bathroom was also dirty, not to mention the oven in the kitchen and cheerful. Disgusting

Close to the Bus station, close to a supermarket. nice neighborhood. For that money is OK, you shouldn't expect 4-star accommodation. If I travel with a tight budget again in Koln for 2-3 days I will definitely stay here. I got the ground-floor apartment, I don't know the status of the other rooms available.

wifi sometimes doesn't work, the Microwave oven is not working properly, and it does not rotate the food so the food is hot on one side and cold on the other side. Towels are worn out. The entrance door didn't have a handle, it was broken.

The property is not the same as on the pictures. One of two ovens is broken. The tiny kitchen is exactly near bad. Not possible to sit properly on the toilet the wall is exactly in front of you.

The bed room was very good upstairs . I love the fact that, they was enough bed for everyone

It was a very defficult area for parking. The bathroom was very small , especially the toilet , you need to fix the entrance door holder to the house.. the living was smaller than I thought.

The location was ok and the staff was nice. I texted the person assigned with the check-in asking if I could arrive earlier and he allowed me. This person was also fast replying my texts and helpful. A good part is that it had a water boiler and a microwave, which is actually practical.

The pictures were not truthful, at least to what I booked. The instructions about getting the keys were in German and the translation wasn't good so it was a bit of a deal to get them, thankfully someone on the street helped me. The apartment seemed to be clean but then there was paper in the toilet (so it wasn't flushed) and the dishes were dirty and oily. The beds weren't comfortable and the windows didn't properly isolate the noise from outside, so we couldn't sleep so well.

The water was either scorching or freezing. Stairs a bit rickety. Could do with a lick of paint.
