Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat sehr gut geklappt, sehr freundlich und schnell, wir konnten für 10€ sehr unkompliziert einen Parkatz haben! Der Balkon war groß und super, sehr schön hergerichtet. Die Größe der Wohnung war für drei Personen o.k. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, ist die Lage in einem Arbeiter Wohnviertel absolut in Ordning

An Sauberkeit hat es gefehlt, Geschirr war schmutzig, Schränke in der Küche schmutzig, Dusch Vorhang total gammlig im unteren Bereich, ist absolut unverständlich , dass so etwas noch in einer Ferienwohnung existiert. Das Bad war insgesamt runtergekommen, ich nicht schlimm, dafür aber im Verhältnis noch zu teuer. Es gab keine Möglichkeit zur Abdunklung

Все сподобалось! Локація, чистота, наповненість забезпечили комфортне перебування з дитиною. Окреме спасибі за те, що зустріли нас вночі, так як наш авботус затримався аж на 5 годин і ми приїхали дуже пізно. Поруч є метро,всі потрібні магазини. Район спокійний. Рекомендую!

Einfacher Zugang zum Zentrum. Gute Verkehrsanbindung.Das Plus ist, dass es einen Balkon gibt.

Die Wohnung erwies sich als klein. Besonderes Augenmerk wurde auf Sauberkeit gelegt.Als ich sagte, dass die Wohnung nicht sehr sauber sei, wurde mir gesagt, dass dies nicht stimme und dass sie desinfiziert worden sei.

The flat is located in a nice quite area, U-Bahn to the center and supermarkets are reachable in 5-10 minutes walk and the flat has all what you need including a well equipped kitchen and a nice balcony. Overall it was comfortable and the owner also was very accomodating and helpful

"Great location and nice little flat with great owners. Would definitely return."

Nice and clean. Great location with easy access to public transport. And the owners were brilliantly patient as we were delayed by several hours arriving.

The sofa could really do with being a sofa bed so to properly sleep three people in the property.

The place is old and toilet did not work without repair, linen is old and smelled musty. The balcony was dirty. Holes in wall of living room. Outside streets dirty and rubbish strewn and area felt unsafe
