Appartamento nuovo, pulitissimo, dotato di tutti i comfort: condizionatori, utensili nella cucina, saponi, asciugamani ( anche parcheggio privato gratuito chiuso con sbarra dove lasciare la macchina in totale sicurezza). Posizione strategica per girare la città e per raggiungere facilmente le principali località nei dintorni di Cosenza. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra! Consigliatissimo!

The accommodation was clean, spacious and well furnished. The front door is opened with a code, and the apartment is remotely opened. There were supermarkets nearby.

A hanger in the bathroom and a place to put soap and shampoo next to the shower should be considered. The washing machine did not work. It is not very close to the center.

Nice modern apartment with all amenities you need. Very good for a stopover break. Very helpful host who responded immediately to any queries

New modern and fully equipped apartment building with free private parking lot (free street parking available with wide road). Safe neighborhood. It's easy to find using Google map navigation. It is very close to the new town and old town of Cosenza, only 3-4 minutes' drive away. It is very convenient as a rest stop for long-distance driving between Naples and Sicily.

The washing machine was out of order when we checked in and couldn't be used. Shower room is small.
