The view is amazing and peaceful environment

Well they are really lack of basic items.as my opinion we are middle of nowhere the villa need to provide the guest very basic items some shower stuff a little bit of household items to be more comfortable for guests

Giuseppina is a wonderful host. The house is fantastic to feel the true Toscana experience.

A wonderful calm place in the middle of (almost) nothing. The view and the silence were amazing, especially at night, when you can see the stars.

Unfortunately the pool was occupied by quite aggressive horse flies and therefore we did not take advantage of it as much as we intended.

the property was private and secluded, the pool was brilliant and had an amazing view over the mountains of tuscany and a lake in the distance, it was very quiet which was great and we had access to the pool for just us as there was no other guests, there is a full kitchen which is brilliant, as well as a comfy sofa and arm chair for on a night, the bed was very big and very comfy, the shower was brilliant with great water pressure, the staff were very friendly, they brought us some home cooked traditional italian food which tasted absolutely amazing, all very lovely people (they didn’t speak any english however which was a bit of a barrier but not an issue as we and the host had access to translate apps), short drive into the town of cortona for when you want a drink and some food, and there is a big supermarket about 30 minutes down the road which was ideal, would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in an amazing secluded setting.

the only one very minute thing that we didn’t like was that there was no air con, so on hot nights it would have been ideal, however there’s a big window in the bedroom that can be opened for some fresh air so not really a deal breaker
