Appartement bien placé

Problème avec le descriptif de l'annonce. Il est noté que quelqu'un nous attendra sur place pour l'arrivée : FAUX. 2 boîtes à clés. Le code qui nous été envoyé était incorrect. Nous avons dû appeler l'hôte. Stress pour débuter le séjour. Aucun livret d'accueil, on doit se débrouiller. Le lave linge est sur le toit derrière 2 portes fermées à clé. Espace toit terrasse sale. On doit nettoyer les étendoirs avant d'étendre son linge. L'annonce prévoit une cafetière électrique à dosette. Elle était absente. Réponse de l'hôte : "elle est en panne. On la remplacera quand on pourra". Important : appartement très mal insonorisé . On entend les voisins du dessus parler, marcher et même aller aux toilettes! Pour finir, nous avons envoyé un message pour prévenir de notre départ. L'hôte n'a même pas pris la peine de répondre.
