Property was exactly as shown in the photos. The terrace on the top floor has a beautiful view across the edge of El Cotillo. The host sent really clear instructions for check in and was very friendly.

These apartments are fantastic. They are in a great location to access the local bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarket, but there are no nightspots that are open late, so its still really quiet later on at night. It's also only a few minutes walk into the main town. As these apartments are on the top floor, there is a lovely breeze when you open the sliding doors. The main living areas are lovely and light with comfortable furniture and a really well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are very spacious with loads of wardrobe space, and the beds were really comfy. The bathrooms are a good size with lovely big walk in showers. Both apartments were spotlessly clean and the photos give an accurate representation of all the facilities. There is also a laundry cupboard with washing machine in each apartment, but these weren't used as I don't like doing chores on holiday!! We rented both apartments from this owner and there are doors from each apartment which lead to a separate shared staircase to the roof terraces. It was so lovely to have these doors open and go from one apartment to the other without having to go out into the main stairwell. I would definitely recommend booking both apartments for any larger family groups - it's so much fun to share the spaces! The communication with the owners was great, with messages about how to access the apartments, and also checking in with us once we had arrived, and they were always on hand if we needed info or advice about anything.
