"Céntrico y amplio"

Un apartamento muy céntrico y amplio. Parking público y privado muy cercanos. Estaba muy limpio. Colchones cómodos. Tiene lo justo en menaje de cocina y en muebles.

Lo que no me gustó fue: Olor a desagüe en los baños Sofá un poco incómodo. Vistas a patio interior comunitario sucio La calefacción sólo se podía poner a 24°C por ahorro energético y era insuficiente. Se echó en falta una manta para el sofá por ejemplo. El portal y escaleras donde se ubica el apartamento están poco cuidadas. Muy antiguo.
