Casa Sandy

Property was beautiful and modern and very comfortable.

Great Location! Very comfortable beds! Fast internet good water pressure. Living room is the perfect place to u wind after a day of diving. A few of the channels play English movies. Kitchen was great for preparing snacks or even full meals. Sandy was great when we accidentally locked ourselves out. We would turn the AC off per the instructions when we left and even the big room cooled off quickly after returning and turning them back on.

That we had to leave!

Sandy's communication was excellent. We had all the info we needed. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well fitted out with everything you would need. WiFi worked fine, so did the TV and aircon. There were fantastic washing facilities and a small pool out front. It's about a 20min walk from town or a 50-80peso taxi. Nice and quiet and felt very secure.

The only thing which was not perfect - the air fresheners used were a little strong. Some people might like them, I wasnt a huge fan. Also it would be good for the waste bins in the bathrooms to have lids or something if they are meant for used toilet tissue. But these are only really minor issues. Everything else was wonderful.

The house was clean and very well appointed with things we needed in the kitchen to cook and for leisure. The bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water. We're in our '80s but the walk to the center of town was easy. Sandra went above and beyond to help us on little things we needed. She answered quickly and bookings chat.

Location was ok.

Absolutely irresponsible hosts. Didn't answer to give us the keys and gave us the code the next day. So we had to find somewhere to slip at around 7h pm after waiting a couple of hours in front of the house. We arrived at noon but a week before the owner asked to come later because the house was not ready for 1h pm. So we came later but the owner was not there neither was answering our calls. Awful experience. He did not even come later at least for excuse.

Great location and very comfortable. Big space is perfect for families. Sandy is very helpful. Close to huge supermarket. Comfortable beds and awesome towels.

Great location— close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. Also, the unit is extremely clean and I really appreciated that. Floors were spotless. Sandy even included laundry detergent and softener along with the washer/dryer— small touch but very helpful in a tropical environment. Purified water that tastes amazing.

I have zero complaints.
